Default LS6 intake swap HELP

I am in the process of swapping my ls1 for an ls6 intake. I have all the gaskets and coolant tubes. I am getting ready to fit the intake back on. Does anybody know how the wiring harness connector near the fire wall/cowl area hooks onto the LS6?? From my first look there isn't a place for it to connect to. The how-to on ls1how.com just says "reconnect the connector". I'll be out in the garage checking back periodically.
thanks
Brandt

Sounds like you are referring to the manifold absolute pressure sensor in the back of the manifold - #3 in the illustration below.
The blue arrow points to the MAP in the pic below that.

I swapped mine last month. The connectors on the back of the LS1 and LS6 should be the same. If not something is wrong. It was Identical on mine. Good luck.
