Maybe some bigger wheels (20"/22") to fit some 335's or 345's inside of a widebody/flared rear quarters and more of a drop with a flat black finish to the whole car.
This question might be out of line, but I'm asking anyway! Why would you want to paint that car flat black? Your paint is like a black mirror! Obviously those Adam's products must work!

mph (Micah), what's happenin bro? Looks like your C5 is looking slick as always! Coming back to the 808 anytime soon?

LuvmyC5, thx for the kind words brutha. I know flat black doesn't sound all that palletable, but believe it or not, a lot of my ideas didn't when I came up with them. Vince @ iForged tried to talk me out of a flat black powdercoat for days before finally agreeing to it. Flat black on a lot of cars might not look the part, but on the C5 Z06.....I think it's gonna be a show stoppa! However, I gotta hear back from my paint & body guy if he's still willing to paint the car.

Hehehe, when in rome do as the romans do right Jon?

Actually, I probably hang with some of the most pidgin speaking guys in Hawaii on a regular basis. I, am a transplant sorta. I was born in Akron Ohio, raised in Hawaii...since I was 1. Come stop by my store sometime - Designer Body. We can talk shop. Although it's a sports supplements and indoor tanning joint, a lot of car guys come by to hang and shoot the breeze. Like join in da fun?

Auuurite! Dave

I hear you! I was just thinking that your black is almost too pretty to even drive, much less repaint! It'd probably look cool though!

I'm off to PhotoChop your car in flat black! I gotta see it!

David,

Not sure when, but will probably vacation there sometime. A buddy of mine really wants me to fly out and help with his cam swap, thinking about it. Gives me an excuse to return to paradise.

Hey Dave, thanks for the invite, but I live in Salem, Oregon now. Moved up almost two years ago. I got my C5 about 11 months ago, so never owned one in Honolulu. Used to love driving my MR2 Spyder up Tantalus. I've thought the C5 would probably have too large a turning radius to enjoy Tantalus. Ever done it with yours? Keep posting pics of your black beauty! Jon

Sounds good Micah!

Mitch! Chris! What's happening boys? The forums are still down. Until the issue with Bill is resolved I think I might keep it down. I have some requests coming in though, so it may definitely sway my decision in favor of an early re-opening. As far as putting on some weight......? Definitely! I ship stuff out to the neighbor islands and the mainland on a regular basis, so no problems there.

For anyone else who needs supplements...holla at me! I got your hook-up! Here's a link to our myspace page since our website is still under construction! Designer Body's Myspace

Mauka, definitely spent some time on the mountain. I am fortunate enough to know a lot of the occifers that patrol the area so I got away with a little more than I should have. Between Cambell industrial park backroads and Tantalus, I got my suspension dialed in just the way I want it.
