Default Noise??
Theres a fan like noise behind the drive seat on my 98...the pitch never changes just loud and annoying what is that?

It's the fuel pump. I have a 98' and its there, I just don't hear it anymore.

I'd bet you're hearing the fuel pump

I thought the pump was in the tank...when you turn the ignition on you can hear the pump prime and its not in the same place as the noise while running...

and the tank is behind you - at least the half with the fuel pump...

I bet its the fuel pump. you will get used to it and in time not even hear it.
