Default Surgery today

I wish I could say it was the Corvette getting some paint touch-up, or a mechanical fix, but this time the surgery was me. Was diagnosed in December with 2 different skin Cancers on my back ...Got 'em early and today they were cut out. The sites are on my back, one square in the middle, and the other just about where the upper portion of the seat side bolster fits you....., so sitting in the car seat is just a litttle uncomfortable. I drove to the Dr.s office for my last Vette Fix for a few days, ...Mike drove home. Not looking forward to several days of not driving. GEEZE I enjoy driving my Vette! Even if its just a trundle along in traffic run to the grocery store, it sure is fun. Looking forward to healing and getting back behind the wheel.

hope you're on the upswing. this rather points to the critical but often dismissed importance of seeing a dermatologist regularly for a head to toe lookover for nasty things. bub

Hope all is OK.
Recover Big Time!
I'm on a watch and wait for cancer also. Doc says 85 with surgery and probably 85 without surgery so I'm putting it off as long as I can.
Wife to have left knee replaced in Feb and still wants a Z06. She said I can drive it until her knee heals up.
She said she'd have no trouble with the automatic.

It looks like you are pretty close to me, so if there is anything I can do to help just let me know, maybe If your Vet "needs" to get out, maybe I could help with that.
Otherwise, hope you get better soon.
I really understand what you mean by how you enjoy driving your Vet.
This weather makes it hard to take the C5 out.
