Halo fast blink solved
I know this topic has been beat to death here, but here is my story in hopes this will help others.
I received my Halos this week and installed them.
look, really bright. Great forum vendor. When I tested the blinkers I had the dreaded fast blink just on the passanger side
. I looked at my DRL and it appeared to be OK. After considering all the suggestions to correct the problem on this forum, I decided to try the cheapest route and go ahead and replace the DRL bulb anyway. Whoo Hoo!! Problem solved.
My point here is try the cheapest and easiest things first for this problem instead of all of the splicing, resistor, wiring harness with new flasher suggestions. It may just be a bad DRL bulb that appears to be fine.

Glad that's all it was. I didn't really have an issue with hyperflashing after I added my Halo's. The problem arose when I added LEDs to the turn signals and drl's. Unfortunately, that will require adding the load equalizer to eliminate it.

I quickly determined that my Halos only rapid flash when the car is initially powered up and I use the signal for the first time. After that, no issues. My DRL's are fine. I've actually only noticed the rapid flash twice since installing them a couple of months ago.
