Stock control arm bushings do not turn, but rather the rubber just twists within them, so there should be no squeaks coming from them. If you are getting squeaks they are most likely from the anti-sway bars, in which case you can remove the clamps holding them to the frame, remove the bushings, clean any dirt/rust from the bars and regrease.
