Help: hardtop wheel lock location?

Does anyone know where under the carpet the wheel lock is located in the trunk area. The manual says there is a depression in the rear rail under the carpet. Can't locate it. Any suggestions?
I have a 2000 hardtop that I just purchased and need to change tires.

under the carpet on the driver side well, not the center or passenger side well. just lift the carpet it is there.

Its suppose to be under the carpet on the drivers side, Mine was not there when I purchased the car, simply pounded a large socket onto the locks and removed them.

I found the well, but no lock. I have the code so will order a new one.

Always nice to have that little piece of paper with the code on it. Good luck getting the replacement key. You might want to try and contact the previous owner too and see if they still have it.
