Yea he started it. As I turned off left he went by me & thats when I saw the big E at the left side of the trunk. As the speed limit was 50 he passed fast & that all I could see. If that was a AMG V 8 no wonder he hung back 
My Run Craps grabbed good on the Floridia Coral Rock Asphalt with little spin .....
I went to the Mercedes web site & they just show 3/4 head on views of the cars and don't list the AMG model option? But the V8 model cost BIG BUCKS like about $80 K I wonder if that it ??

E55's run very consistant mid to low 12 second quarter mile times. My E500 runs consistant 14.0's at 100 mph.

Looks like the 2007 got a new engine and is now called the E63 507 hp 465 lbft
