Oil leak ! pic inside - please help!

Oil leak ! pic inside - please help!
This appears to have been leaking for some time. I also have a few small spots on the garage floor (size of a dime and quarter). Has anyone else had a similar leak?

I had a leak like that and couldnt figure out where it was coming from.It would leak worse when i drove it hard.Turns out my harmonic balancer bolt had worked its way out and the balancer was coming off.This also caused the front seal to spew out oil under hard acceleration.I had the balancer and front seal replaced also the balancer bolt. Havent had any problems since,i hope this helps

Update
Based on some tips from others, I went around and checked for loose lower oil pan bolts. I was shocked to find that most were loose! 
I went around and snugged them up. Hopefully that will help!
Is it normal for those to be that loose??
