Be certian the gas flap pin isn't exposed to the elements. If you don't, you'll eventually one day not be able to close your gas flap b/c the pin will be covered in dirt and stick.

I personally think it doesn't look good, just doesn't visually "fit" with the C5 body style.
They need to flair it in a gradual manner like this..
There is also the pictures floating around of that guy from canada, that has the purple vette with a custom flairs, that was a excellent job.
Looks awesome! Is that a kit or a custom job? Also, if it was a custom job, how did they go about flaring it? What materials were used...gotta talk to my paint and body guy....
