Default Just installed TSP Longtubes

First off, the I loved the quality of these headers. I also got the 3" xpipe as well. Install was not as bad as I thought. Both headers went in from the top. Passenger side was a breeze but for the drivers side I had to take off the alternator (obvious), the steering shaft, the valve cover, and the oil filter! I also had to leave off the bracket on the bellhousing that the stock manifolds bolt to because the headers where hitting on that. I also did not use the fittings in the headers for the 02 sensors because after bolting the headers up I couldnt get the sensors in (Yes I should have put them in before tightening down the headers) so I just moved them to the Xpipe, no big deal.

Now with the longtubes, off road xpipe and borla stingers....its LOUD! Im so glad I have the rear partition because it really cuts down on noise inside the car! The only thing I dont like is the drone at around 1500rpms! Its horrible! However, at WOT the car sounds amazing!!!! I love it!

The biggest pain was doing the install with the front on rhino ramps and the rear on jackstands. Its such a small space under the car and really hard to work in when you dont have a lot of patience. It would have been a piece of cake with a lift!

Time for some tuning now!

well the headers are on and the job is done!

i did the install by myself in about 12hrs.
i also did new plugs and removed the a.i.r system.
installed from the top on jack stands.
although im sure they are much easier to install
from the bottom!

these headers are a PAIN in the *** to install.... sorry to say that but they are., if anyone needs details of the install feel free to PM me. i think the quality was good but my main problem is the header final fitment on the drivers side.
im hitting a little on the bell housing and the steering linkage.
the pass. side fits great! and the x-pipe bolted on EASY and everything lined up PERFECT.

quality- 10
price - 10
fitment- 7
ease of install- 6

overall score for the kit is an 8.

i just got done doing a shake down run and they sound GREAT! i can also feal a nice gain the butt dyno.... ill post up REAL numbers when i get them. but id say at least 25rwhp after tuning.

oh and the weight diff. is...................................... .....

stock set-up was around 70lbs.
TSP kit was around 50lbs.
and the a.i.r. system in total was 7 pounds.

so 27 less pounds and 20+ more HP sounds like a hell of a deal for $750.00
