Service manual question?
What is the difference between the regular red colored service manuals and the preliminary service manuals with the black covers?

I don't know, mine are GM manuals and they're gray and white.

These manuals are dark gray and white also, but they say preliminary on the binders. I am confused as to what the difference could be.
