Kudos for Corsa!
Some of the little "ears" that hold on my Corsa tips broke off one of the tips the other day. I saw it bouncing behind me going into the median on I75.
Well, they have a lifetime warranty...but you need something to turn in for warranty. Mine was somewhere in the ditch on I75.
And they need a receipt from where you bought it. That was three years ago and I have NO idea where the receipt is.
So I call Jeff Rizzen at Corsa and explain my problem. I'm going out of town Friday morning and I don't want my car to look like crap (this is Wednesday morning). I'll PAY for another tip. I just don't want to have to buy a whole set and I need it at my door Thursday evening.
No way says Jeff. We've got partial sets that have come back in. I just don't want to send you a new one if yours are three years old. I'll get a nice one and send it to you for FREE. All you have to do is pay for the shipping.
Got my tip, put it on and my baby cruises into Memphis this afternoon looking good!
