Default Thumbs up to Dynotech Engineering

After an improper break in with my diff it started to whine so I pulled it back out and sent it back out to DTE and this is the timeline of events.

Last Saturday the diff issue arose and I sent an email to DTE telling them the situation at around 10:30 at night, about 20 minutes later I get a return email as well as a PM on here from Phil at DTE finding out more information on my problem (Its 11 o clock on a Saturday night and hes shooting me PMs helping me get squared away ) The issue was resolved a couple minutes later.

I sent my diff out on Monday 2nd day air and I get a PM from Phil wed saying it is scheduled for disassembly on Friday and he would get back to me that day with what they found.

Friday I get another PM telling me what will need to be replaced (ill get to that in a couple lines) and it will be added to the work schedule this week.

So 2 days after they get my diff basically out of nowhere, its apart and they have me ready to go back together and get on the road

Now as you may or may not know, this diff is strapped behind my 449ci 600+ rwhp motor and went through full throttle dyno pulls without being broken in and the ONLY thing is needs is a gear set and some seals.... talk about tough

Again to DTE

Refreshing to hear that there are still great businesses out there that are run by great people.

DTE did a fantastic job with my mods last spring and have proven to be a great customer service organization. They're all car people themselves and go the extra mile to help us with our mods and repairs. If you're fortunate enough to live in the mid-West, DTE is a great resource for specialized C5 and C6 services. They got my vote...

Just one more reason why I'm going to DTE this Spring, when I finally get to replace my stock diff. I've heard nothing but praise from other forum members, so DTE has been #1 on my wish list for a while now. As soon as my piggy bank is heavy enough, it's a DTE diff and an RPM tranny for the old girl (my '99) - she's in need of relief.

Phil, Jenny, and crew at DTE do an incredible job. I'll be giving them some more money in the spring.

DTE is great, called last yr for a 373 & 3200 stall and ended up with many other mods. My car was in pc's and have had O problems, Phil is the first person I have ever trusted to work on my cars. I will be going back for some more of his quality work soon.

Thanks for the props everyone, but I can say that it's not just me who makes up DTE- rather every-single-person who works here as a team that makes us who we are as a whole. I've been blessed to have a very talented group of individuals assembled together under one roof manning their positions and without any one of them, we would not be as strong. I do personally thank each of our past and current customers for their business! We hope to make our future customers as pleased as we've done for others. I'll send the team your thanks and wishes also, as they are "DTE" too.

Thanks guys!

Best Wishes,
Phil
