Full synthetics (no blends) of the brand of your choice:

4 qts. for the tranny
75w-90 for the diff, 1+ qts. PLUS the GM LSD additive.

HTH, and have a good one,
Mike

engine-MOBIL1 5-30 - 7qts

trans- AmsOil ATF - 4qts

rear- Royal Purple 75-90 or 75-140 - 2qts

clutch- Valvoline SynPower DOT 3/4 full synthetic - have to do this little by little via the reservior unless you have a remote bleader. 1qt

brakes- Valvoline SynPower DOT 3/4 full synthetic - 2qts will be enough to replace the fluid in the reservior and fully flush/bleed the system

power steering- GM spec fluid (valvoline PS fluid made my pump noisy) - 2qt empty reservior and fill back up with new fluid then drive for a day, repeat cycle until you go through a couple quarts.

procharger- ???

Thanks for the referral.

Applicable AMSOIL products:

Engine Oil:
AMSOIL Series 2000 0w30
AMSOIL SAE Synthetic 5w30
AMSOIL SAE Synthetic 10w30

Tranny (takes about 3.7 quarts so get 4 quarts):
AMSOIL ATF

Diff (takes about 1.7 quarts so get 2 quarts):
AMSOIL Severe Gear Extreme Pressure Synthetic 75w90
Note: Diff takes 4 oz of limited slip friction modifier. Some fluids such as the AMSOIL Severe Gear come with this fluid pre-added. I've been using this gear lube on the track for several seasons now and have not ever needed to add extra friction modifier due to diff chatter. If diff chatter does occur, AMSOIL makes a friction modifier:
AMSOIL Slip-Lock Differential Additive

This comes in handy for the DIYer:
AMSOIL Hand Pump
