Rock Chips
While talking to the shop manager i was telling that I would like to get the rock chips in the front taken care of... He said no problem.
I picked the car up at night before a huge Ice storm hit OKC,
When I got home I was so impressed with the turnout of the car. It looked like glass all over the car! I was happy.
problem is with the chip repair. they rise up over the level of the original paint. There are only a few and barely noticable... But I notice.
The Body shop has been shut down since the Ice Storm so I have not been able to talk to the guys over there.
Is this something they can just wet sand down or something to blend in with the rest of the car.

They can sand with 4000 grid sand paper and then polish out. But you want to make sure they are skilled at this. Sounds like they may not be... Another possibility... They just missed a couple of them.
Bottom line, should not be a problem if they do not sand too much (and break thru the clearcoat.
Me too. The hiway where I live is under construction and there is debris all over the road. It looks seriously bad up close. I am just going to wait until they complete the construction. I will get some touch up paint and do some myself though.
