Alright a quick question to anyone who has experience with this. My climate control has gone dim and I noticed a guy who does an "exchange" program for them on Ebay. I was just curious if anyone has gone down this road and can clue me in to whether or not its a good idea. He charges $100 plus the old unit of course. Thanks guys!!

Many here have had him fix theirs !
You can also fix your own... many threads on this one in the last 3 weeks... do a search or maybe someone else will post the link....
I did the "exchange" just a couple of weeks ago. The swap is simple. The guy I dealt with will also repair your control for only $46 (or something like that) but then you have to wait for the return before you can put everything back together. I figured the $99 deal was better for me.

I had David do mine over a year ago, and it works perfectly. I had it back in the car two days after I sent it to him. If I had seen the "how to fix yourself" threads before I probably would have tried to do it myself.
