C6Z shiftknob color?
Hey guys, I really want to swap out my stock shiftknob in my 03 z06 for something smaller and obviously more modern looking. I love the new C6Z **** but my question is, if I just change the **** and not the entire shifter, does the color match my factory boot? I ask this because it looks more gray to me than the black that I need. Any people who made the change that can let me know? Thanks!

Why just change the ****?
Change the shifter, too. It's easy to do and the improvement is great.

Quick Tip! Mine looked the same, a lighter black/gray. Use some black KIWI paste shoe polish on it and rub it in real good with a damp cloth...then buff and put a leather conditioner over it. It will be the same color as the shifter boot and look great!
