Gears
can anyone help me find the best gears for my c5, I want more low end power without sacrificing a whole lot of gas mileage I was thinking 4.11s, any suggestions and what kind of performance can I expect

Is it an A4 or MN6?
If it is an MN6 go with the 3.90's
3.90's leave room for more engine mods. If you end up with any kind of HP in your car, you will blow away 4.11's
If you are going to leave it stock, than you could consider 4.11's
My 3.90's are by far and away the best mod I've done.

When I started doing mods I did the long tubes and then did 3.90's, you will have alot of fun just by doing those two things
Now I add a Maggie and a 2800 stall converter. cant wait to see how it does when spring gets here.

thanks for all the great input the car is a 98 auto, pretty stock.. I am still undecided on whether to go with 3.42s or 3.73s, but say I was to go with either of those what else would I need for the install, about how much time would it take, I would like to be able to do it when I am on leave from Iraq in march,
