Does anyone have any recommendations on the new replacement head lamps? I would like to pick up the range for night driving. I own a C5 2004 Coupe. Do the High intensity Blue Make a difference?
I am not really looking to go the full route for the high-tech headlight install.

I feel like I'm in all these threads, but I'll say it again. Toshiba HIR's from the guy on eBay. Put high beams in the low beam sockets if you really want a thrill. I had Silverstars and these are not whiter than Silverstars, but definitely brighter than Silverstars. Avoid the temptation to buy cheap HIR's from John Deere dealers. They only sell low beams and from what I've read, they sound like knock-offs, not the genuine article. Good luck, with whatever you do, and whatever you do will be better than stock.
I have silverstars in my VR4 highs lows and fogs, see the lows here. I realy like them but I got a set of hids for $200 that fit both VR4 and C5 suprisingly. The silverstars provide a good bit more and whiter light than regular bulbs and are better IMO than any of the "blue" hallogens, you can get them anywhere even wallmart for I think like $40. The pruple things are from my cheepo sony cybershot lense I think.
