Tire idea?
I currently am running a set of EMT run-craps on my coupe and i HATE the ride quality. I don't have the cash to buy a new set of tires right now, but when my mom got a new set of rims for her 98 vert, she had to get new tires to fit. She still has her old tires (kuhmos) with about 50-60% tread remaning on them.
is it a good idea to switch mine out with hers?

I wouldn't have a problem with using her tires. The cost of dismounting and mounting should be taken into consideration. Before mounting the used tires check the INSIDE of each for hidden damage and plugs or patches.

You certainly can use her old tires for your car, just check them over and make sure they are OK.
