I bought my wheels from Nate at Corvette Garage and he is a stand up guy. I had great service from him, you won't have any problems. Besides....he is a fellow Texan

Buying online can be secure.

1) use paypal. The vendor never sees your credit card numbers. Just don't be fooled by bogus emails with "links" to log onto your paypal account. Always use the address. NEVER LINK.

2) you can call your credit card to most companies. Just don't use your cell phone to do it. Cell phones can be listened to on open air.

Hi cdg2000c5 -

No problem at all.

Check your credit card statements every month and start enjoying the internet retail community the way it should be enjoyed.

I have done literally hundreds of online transactions with exactly zero problems. Just review those statements as soon as you get them.

best regards -

Check with your credit card companies, most of them have shopsafe or some kind of security that will generate you a one time use credit card number that can only be used once and for the time span and amount you chose. I know Bank America (Formerly MBNA) has shopsafe as I described, Discover alos has a similar one. This works great in case someone hacks the site you used the number on and tries to use it again.

CorvetteGarage is very good vendor here on the forum, you'll be fine, they have been around for a while too. Also, most major credit cards you can dispute, or report the fraud and they will take care of it...but it's obvsiously good to read the terms/conditions/contract of your card to make sure.

I've used Corvettegarage twice now and can't say enough about Nate. When I have questions he's quick with a response. And all my stuff has gotten here when scheduled, no delays. My B&B bullets were drop-shipped and Nate found out when they would be at my house for me. Stand up guy, stand up operation.

I have been buying C5 parts from Nate for several years, no problems whatsoever. Waiting for my HID headlights as we speak.

Where the heck have you been for the last 10-20 years? Identity theft, while a serious issue, exists everywhere. Any site should be a secure site, but check to be sure. No problems here with one or two purchases from Corvette garage.

If things go ok, then I say go for it!

If you have a problem, then -what were you thinking?

Seriously, ordering on the internet is no more dangerous than over the phone. Just check all statements as said earlier and you will be fine.

Good luck!

I have been buying parts for my cars or plane for over 10 years with a credit card and have not had one issue. Just needs to be a secure site, a little "padlock" will tell you that. Actually I have never seen a site that takes credit cards that wasn't secure.
It'll be ok! Buy away!

You won't have any worries buying from Nate. I've purchased a few things from him and always a smooth transaction and completely secure.
