Hood dimensions?

Does anyone know the dimensions of a hood? I have to ship one out and need it for a shipping quote, but it's in storage right now.

A body shop friend of mine tells me that most metal hoods will get damaged in transit. He and I know nothing about fiberglass.

You might ask some Vette body shops re this. (Like at big Chevy dealers or in large cities where Vetts are poplar.)

By the way, do you know Bob Strelzek in Mequon??? (Strelcheck & Associates.) He owns a physician recruiting shop up there, and I have done business with him for several years. Neat guy, even if he does not own a Vette.
