[Z06] Clutch Question...

Clutch Question...
I actually found an 01 SW mod\red interior Z for sale fairly local and have a few questions (mind you, I have not yet gone to look at the car in person- this is what I was told on the phone)
Car has 28K miles and only mods are:
Haltech Stinger Intake
Magnaflow Catback
Centerforce Clutch
Slotted\Drilled rotors hawk pads
Owner says wife hit a high curb and had the nose resprayed (I will have to see the work on it) but I asked about the clutch and was told it was replaced not because the stocker was bad, but he wanted a more positive feel and have it take more power etc...
Would this alone scare anyone from buying the car? guy owns a roofing business and has a fleet of trucks and his own mechanic who was said to have done the clutch job...
what should I look for if I go see it?
