NICE! How hard are these to install? I'm guessing it's easier than those led "kits" where you had to put in the little led's yourself.
By the way, do you have any Black BERRY lights? You know what they say, Blacker the berry, sweeter the Juice!
I'm not sure what you're referring to with "Black Berry", but if you're asking for them to be darker, we can make them as dark as you want. They're all plug & play
Richard
We sold out way quicker than we expected. But we'll start working on another 200 sets later next week. It will most likely be a few weeks before they're ready to ship. I'll be certain to post once they're ready
Thanks,
Richard

Hi Richard,
Just wanted to say how VERY much I loved my kit. The car is still in the shop---they have until March 1st to get her done and I cannot wait. I will of course post pics for all to see and brag about all of it for days on end. I will also be getting ready to send back the originals for you---as soon as they get my lights in the car. I am trying to use the original boxes so they are protected all the way back to you.
Do these tail lights have the reflective center or are they solid LEDs inside the halo?
Hello Bob I'm having trouble understanding your question. They do have a reflective center that was required for DOT approval. I'm not sure what you mean by "solid LEDs inside the Halo". There are actually 4 LEDs that light the Halo portion of the unit. If it's any conciliation, these are the ONLY Halo LED Taillights made for the C5. They all come from the same manufacture regardless of who's distributing them. As far as I know, Adjure is the only other company that make C5 LED Tails, but they're not Halos.
I hope this helps,
Richard

Thanks for a fantastic kit..

And thank you Lori, you'll be absolutely amazed once you see them lit up. They significantly modernize our C5's ... not that they look dated. But the LED kits offer a very high-end futuristic look We're going to need to set you up with our License Plate LED Lights once the next batch is ready. Have a great weekend ... I need to get out for a cruise right now

It does - you answered my question. Poor choice of words on my part.
How do these compare to the factory tail lights far as the brightness? And are non tinted halos brighter or the same as the tinted halos?
I purchased LED lights for my bike and their a lot dimmer. So I'm a little hesitant on purchasing them for my vette. But i really do like the way they look in the pics that I have seen.

the "Halo" full-replacement LED tail lights are incredibly bright. you cannot compare placing an LED bulb into the stock housings to these replacement tails.
i do not have the tinted ones, but according to Richard and those who do, the tinted Halos are brighter than the regular stock ones, untinted.
also, pics do not do these lights justice at all. you must see them in person to really appreciate them. they are simply gorgeous. i've never seen a post from someone regretting purchasing these "Halo" tail lights.
if Richard still has a set of tinted ones, grab it while you can because they go super fast.

Here's a cut & paste from our orininal announcement:

Finally Brighter Blackouts are available for your C5! In fact these are the brightest C5 blackouts available anywhere, and arguably as bright as standard OEMs. Over the past year we’ve researched all options and found this offering to be the most favorable. Black Cherry will be the standard color offered with our new “Full LED Blackout Light Kits”. The Black Cherry coloration will look black in “indirect” sunlight, yet appear very dark red in “direct” sunlight. A perfect medium in my opinion. The objective for the Black Cherry coloration in combination with the LED lighting, is to allow more light to transfer through the lenses. This makes our C5 light kits the very brightest blackouts available! When compared to a Red OEM lens with a standard bulb, our Black Cherry LEDs are very close to equal the illumination. We've found that the parking lights are marginally brighter with our Black Cherry LEDs, while the brake light is marginally brighter with Red OEMs and standard bulbs. These margins are so close, that it’s very difficult to distinguish which lights are actually brighter. The only incandescent bulbs used in this entire kit would be the front Signal/Directional lamps. However the amber side marker portion of this front corner light unit will be lighted with a 5 point Amber LED cluster. We’re also offering the Adjure Diamond Cut rear Red markers with Red 5-Point LED cluster bulbs. They're an absolute perfect match with the Halo taillights. The Adjure Crystal Eyes reverse lights are lighted with two 18 LED Tower Bulbs as well.
Note Added: The 18 LED Tower Bulbs used for reverse lights do not offer as much backup lighting as the standard bulbs. However the apperence of the LEDs in the Smoked Crystal Eyes Reveres lights can't be beat. So in reality it's a bit of a compremise. If you want improved back up lighting, stay with the standard bulbs. But if you want the coolest look, go with the LEDs. We'll also be testing other high output LED bulbs for the reverse lights later this week. One of which report 3x the output of standard bulbs. We'll report our findings if tests prove successful.
We also offer a buy-back on your OEM cores at the following prices including shipping:
Taillights (set of 4) $50.00
3rd Brake Light $25.00
Rear Markers (set of 2) $10.00
Reverse Lights $25.00
Front Markers (set of 2) $25.00
We’ve recently received a few PM’s requesting even further discounts on this product line. I fully realize that 99.5% of you do appreciate the value of these kits. However for the .05% that don’t, I need to advise that much less expensive options are indeed available. You have the options of Acrylic Lens Kits, Overlay Films, and even cheap Spray-On Tints from various vendors right here on the forum. But if you’re looking for the brightest “Show Quality” blackouts offered on the market today, you needn’t look further. The prices we've quoted above are intended “only” for forum members. Knowing that everybody on every forum wants great prices, we're offering our lights at the lowest possible prices. There simply is no margin left for further discounts. The prices we advertise here on the forum are extremely low as opposed to the retail value of our light kits. A good example would be our Black Cherry Halo LED Taillights. The major retailers offer these Non-Tinted from $349.95 to $399.95 Plus Shipping. We offer them Tint Treated at $345.00 Shipped. Then there's the Adjure Crystal Eyes Reverse Lights, that we sell Smoked at $145.00 Shipped. The Standard Clear units retail for $139.95 plus shipping, which would certainly bring it over $145.00. The prices we're offering couldn't possibly be lower, regardless of quantity purchased. So that's as special, as our special pricing will ever get. The price & quality of our kits can't possibly be beat by anyone, at anytime. Our prices are actually extremely low for what we're offering, especially when considering the intensive labor involved with our tint process. I should also mention that these prices will only be offered for a limited time. These prices are basically a marketing strategy to get our products into circulation.
Some people would still b*tch if they were free and they only had to pay shipping.
It's really not that bad ... on this particular product anyway. Nobody's complaining so far, just requesting. Hell, I do the same myself. I just wanted to advise that the prices offered are as low as possible. And that no further discounts can even be considered.
