I don't have the Cyberdine inserts, but when I installed a set of inserts on my car, I went over the area a few times with rubbing alcohol - cleaned it really well. Stuck the inserts on and they have held tight ever since. Maybe call Cyberdine and explain the problem and get their recommendation.

Had same problem. Was told to mild soapy water to clean area with first. Seems to have done the trick, no problems now. Also becareful not to touch sticky are with fingers (oil).

Did the same cleaning step with mine. Only additional step; after they were applied I set a hair dryer on medium and slowly moved it over the area for about 3 minutes or so.
Hit or miss in my experience. Steering wheel decal is awsome, but the airbag one needs superglue. I cleaned it multiple times with alchohol before (bad prior experience with airbag stickers) and it still didn't help. Problem is the fit is just a bit off.
