i know its the wrong time of the year but have you made a insulated plug to go in the frame of the glass top so you can use the glass top in the mornings and evenings and not get barbecued during the day?
i think it would be easy to make up a double thickness foam "plug" out of that pink insulated foam from the building supply store. you could wrap it in black cloth with a mylar top and velcro it to the metal frame on the glass top. in the mornings and evenings just pull it out of the way and stow it on the rear deck.
Carmotorsports makes a stick on headliner, but that is all I know about it. I have the static cling headliner for about $25 from West Coast Corvettes. I bought the glass top used to use in the winters with the painted one for the summers. Two+ years later, the painted roof has never left my closet. I have been stuck on I-15 for 5+ hours where the climate control was registering 132F outside with the glass top and WCC solar shade and was comfortable. A bit of a pain to put on though.
I have a clear top also & live in hellhole Phoenix, Az. I bought static cling from Pep Boys in limo black for about $10 & made my own, goes on inside of targa top, then bought a pop in/out blackout roof panel from Mid America for $59.99.
Never have any problems keeping cool even when it's 117 out & I'm in traffic. Plus, it's neat, you can pop it out & toss in rear when sun goes down & still see almost everything thru the see-thru panel..
