I had a 99 Nassau Blue coupe. I really liked the color, we'll see.

YES, YES, YES, but I will have to wait until 2015 so I can afford one. Mine was 7 years old before I could afford it..... Oh well, life go's on.

I feel your pain!

Nassau on an 08 isn't going to look NEARLY as good as Nassau on a C5 though. The C5's curves make the color so dynamic, whereas the edgy lines of the C6 will merely make the color transitions less dynamic and more cut off.

OMG OMG lol. I agree with the above post however, I dont know how the color is going to fair on the new C6's. I'll have to see one in person.

Something about the C-6 lines that makes this so. My neighbor has a white C-6. Don't like it. White C-5s are fine. C-6 Nassau Blue? I'll have to see it and decide.

your right, I am waiting for the "offical" pictures of the new blue than I will order one, I will also keep my C5 as it is now more a custom car than a DD, I don't think I will get any return from my C5 so decided I will keep it as a toy. It was in the March issue of Vette mag, (pages 16-18)

I hope they never make another Nassau Blue vette, that way mine will be more rare as years go by. If they would have made Nassau Blue every year they made the C5, there would be Nassau everywhere, like black and red. Not that I don't like black or red, but you see them everywhere. Most of the good remarks I get about my car is because of the color, I like it that way!

Thanks true indeed.
Everyone who looks at my car says "What a nice color" or "I have never seen one that color before".
So I guess if they dont make anymore we will just get more rare as time goes on.

The similar Medium Blue looked good on the C3, those lines are just as sharp as the C6.

From what I've heard, the base vette will be 425 and the Z51 will be 435. I am also interested in seeing the new blue.

That is good news to me. I love the color and I rarely see another one on the road. I think a C6 would look fantastic in Nassau blue. I better start saving now!! What a crazy hobby. Rob

Nassau Blue sold very poorly. Why would they bring it back? Sure everyone who owns one likes it but nobody was ordering it so unless GM has a very short memory....

That's a great point; maybe thats why the only C6's I like are black or anything extremely dark...

I like the lines on the C5 much better than the C6. Besides the C5 is paid for.
