Security system probs!
Anyone have this scenario before, Im sure it is common, When I installed my Headers, I disconnected the battery, ever since then my security system will not work, I thought it was teh key fob battery , but it wasnt, the security light flashes hwen the door is opened, but I cant activate it from the key fob , nor can I open the rear hatch with the key fob.
Any suggestions would be appreciated

you have to re-sync the FOBs after a battery disconnect .
stand close to the car .
hold the FOB in both hands .
press lock and unlock at the same time and keep holding
the horn should chirp in about 10-15 seconds
your FOB is now re-sync'ed
you will have to do this for every FOB you have independently.
