Well I have had my Vette for a few months now but never had the opportunity to post some pics. Here's a few that i took today. It's a 99 coupe, 37,000 miles, manual. The only mod of the car is the exhaust and I am not sure what type it is. Def sounds good when i lay into it though! Anyone know what kind it is? Within the next few months the mods should be rollin in. Any ideas for a good starting mod? I was thinking about the honker....Maybe some wheels and painted calipers first...Suggestions?
The pics dont work but congrats on your new vette. I am assuming that you have the garage checking syndrome , thats why you have not noticed. (when you fisrt get your vette you go check your garage every 10 to 15 minutes). Thats ok. I am sure it looks awesome. Don't worry i had problems posting pics at first until i looked at the stickys in the help fourm. here is a link to that fourm, happy moddin http://forums.corvetteforum.com/forumdisplay.php?f=31
So the pics werent working for the first 20 minutes...Bare with me guys, it's my first time posting and i amfiguring it out as i go...Should be working through shutterfly now!

Welcome, and congrats. As far as the exhaust ID, I for one can't see enough of it to tell. More detailed pics would help. And for your 1st mod I would put at the top of your list a CAGS Skip Shift Eliminator. Good MN6 "First Mod" for a couple of reasons, Low cost($20), Ease of install, and probably my most "valued" mod to date. Save the Wave!

Nice looking C5. As far as mods go, what do you want out of the car - more performance or different look? If it is looks, then wheels, painted caliper, high rise hood, tiger shark front/rear fascias, etc are good choices.
Performance - the honker, long tube headers, new rear gears, head/cam, etc would be some options.
The first mods I did to mine were a new air intake (Blackwing), new catback exhaust (you already have that), and new wheels and non-runflat tires.
