Thinking about lowering my Z but keep running across posts which are making me reconsider. I was going to lower it on the stock bolts, but keep seeing pic's of peoples rides with broken stock bolts after having their car lowered. My question is are the stock bolts more susceptible to breaking after the car has been lowered.. or can you lower it abd be perfectly fine. Thanks for any help out there.

No Problems on Stock Bolts.
Have never heard of broken bolts only where the rears fell out. This probably happens because the back the nuts off too far. You should leave 2-3 threads and make sure you leave on or replace the retaining clip that keeps the nut from coming off the bolts.
Sweet.. I'll post the link when I find it again... I'm not 100% sure if the bolt was broken because of them lowering it.. but they also didn't mention how it broke either.. just leaves one to assume.. Thanks for all of the responses though...
