There are MANY posts on this subject. Do a search on C6 wheels on a C5 and get comfortable as there will be alot of reading. It's more of a question of "offset" in the rears, no problem with the front.

19x10 wheels fit perfectly fine on a C5 - what doesn't fit properly is OEM C6 wheels on the rear of the C5. The offset is wrong. The stock OEM C6 wheels have a 79mm offset - while the stock OEM C5 wheels have a 63mm offset. That means that the C6 wheels and tires will rub on the inner fender of a C5. People here have mounted C6 wheels on a C5 put have had to use spacers to push the wheel further out My buddy has 3/8" spacers to place the wheels so that there are no clearance issues.
The problem with spacers is that they create the potential for shearing wheel studs etc.
Your option is to buy an aftermarket C6 wheel in C5 offset and you will accomplish the appearance without creating a potentially dangerous situation.
I borrowed this from a post last week - to me it very clearly explains the meaning of wheel terminology.
More positive offset means the wheel sits in closer in the wheel well. I hope this helps clear up the confusion.

I've got CCW 505A's 19x10 in front and 19x11 in the rear. You can't use a tire with a high profile (more than a 30) on the front or you will get some rubbing. Other than that, no problems. As blacksedan87 mentioned, make sure that you get the correct offset. There are many vendors who sell C6 style wheels with the C5 offset.
