Does anybody make a C5 exhaust system with the same concept of the C6 Z06? I know electric cutouts are one option but may be a little extreme. I also do not like the idea of emptying exhaust underneath the cockpit.
It seems the option to switch between "quiet" and "onboxious" depending on ones mood would be ideal.
I forget who did it here on the forum, but he had the electric cut outs onhis system. Instead of dumping the exhaust right below the tranny, he welded pipes from the cut out to just behind the mufflers.
So far as I know, I've never seen anything like on the new C6 Z06. Cutouts are a great way to go.
Patches has probably one of the best looking setup's going. He is using the QTP's but funny as it is McCord is using his pics and links to demo their products (junk IMO). QTP's the only way to go. **OH, you definately need the turndowns...some that didn't melted the rear spring!
