For the dash, console and door panels, all I have ever used is warm water with a mild soap solution (like Dove or Ivory). Wipe them down, then use a cloth with clean water to go over them. Finally wipe down with a dry towel.
For the seats, steering wheel, shift **** and boot, e-brake handle and boot and door pulls, I use Eagle 1 Leather Conditioner. Has kept everything looking good so far.

Poorboy's Natural Look Interior Dressing for the dash, console, doors, etc... and Adam's leather conditioner on the seats. The Poorboy's is good because it cleans and doesn't leave the high shine that Armor All, etc.. leave behind. A lot of my detailing products got trashed because I forgot to bring them inside! -6 degrees wrecks just about everything.
