Default Need some help with Headers

I'm planning on getting headers, LG streets probably, but theres a few things Im curious about. What are the bad things about them (besides price), such as burning plugs and gaskets or them leaking? Is a tune absolutely neccessary with a Vararam intake and BB Bullets? I dont plan on doing a FI or Cam...although it would be nice...

Thanks Guys,
Robert

Did the LG Streets on my son's FRC a couple of weeks ago.

Very happy with the quality of the headers, Great Fit, relatively easy install. He loves them.

Yep, just get them. The only thing that is even worth mentioning is it takes some time to install them but they are worth it.

The LG streets are probably the best of the budget headers out there

I was wondering, do these headers bolt directly to the stock exhaust with no modificatons?

The burning wires is a myth, but to prevent it from happening, get cooling socks or reuse the aliminum boots.

If you go w/ the headers/cats/x-pipe they will bolt directly to your stock cat-back. If you just get the headers and try to integrate 'em into your stock midsection, then you'll have to cut/fab stuff up.
