quick question...oil %
Just got my oil changed and am trying to reset the computer so it reads 100% oil life again...When I hold the reset button it brings up three blank lines and a % but does not go back to 100. When i just leave those lines it goes back to 11% as it still thinks it counting down from before the oil change... It looks like this when I hold reset _ _ _%
what do i do?

I just did this last week.
If I remember correctly, as soon as I saw the three dashes I released and quickly pushed the Reset button again.
I think that's what I did.

But don't just hit it. You have to hold it down for a few seconds.

Because that has been the method of resetting your oil % for GM for years prior to the DIC.
You could also read the manual...

When you get the display to show the three lines, keep holding the reset button down - it should change to 100% then release the button.
