Tire Size Question

Need a little help for my father-in-law. What is the biggest rear tire that will fit on a stock 2002 Z06 rim. He is looking to put some drag radials on it. Thanks for any help

"I THINK" 325 would fit... i have seen one vette with a 345, but i have no idea how that worked.

325-345's need a 12''+ wheel to make the tire work, AKA. 'making a full footprint'!

Stock 10.5'' Z06 wheel, most use a 305 to fit flush, or 315.

For the strip only or to be driven on the street? Width is not that important for the strip, get a sticky compound and a set of 16" wheels. If using as a street tire, only one that can pull off street use is the 305/35 Nitto, BFG and M/T are no good in the rain and wear way too fast.
