Default RR tracks trigger "need service"?

There are a few instances where i will drive over a set of RR tracks and i'll get ABS/Traction control need service lights. The next time i start the car all the trouble codes are gone. I'm not going very fast over the tracks but this was back when i had runcraps.

is this normal or does somthing need tightening?

I had the same problem, loose/bad wiring with one of the front wheel speed sensors. Pull the codes off the DIC and it will tell you which wheel is shorting out when you hit bumps.

After I had my car for a week I let my wife drive it for the first time. We were on a road trip and I had driven for a day and a half, 2 lane fun, country stuff. I pulled off road, got out, she got in and pulled away over those wake up bumps at the edge of the road and punched it a bit to show off. All hell alarms go off, traction control, reduce speed to 80 can't remember it all, but I made her get off road, stop as I studied book. Turned off engine, re crank (me) all OK. She hasn't driven it since (6 weeks)
