Need Photoshop Expert

I was wondering if I could get the help of a photoshop expect. I am thinking about powder coating the inside part of my wheels black and leaving the outside and lip chrome. I have doing it a couple of times and they have all turned out like ****. Here is the pic:

Here is some temporary stuff you could try. Spray it on, take a look, after you have had enough looking the stuff washes right off.

Hmmm..... thanks for the links. I think I will give that a try first before I powder coat them.

Just a thought, but why not do the sides of the spokes too, go for a look kind of like the machined face ZO6 wheels have. I think that would be very sharp on a thin spoke.
