Mirror help
Found a problem with my car.
I was driving my car last night and i noticed that the mirror started to point at the ground. Took a closer look and the whole assembly is loose. I know that it will swivel back and forth, on this mechanism, but what there is in the mirror to the base is gone. It looks like the previous owner's idea of a fix was to glue the assembly together with super glue. I don't know what he was thinking.
Anyway it is loose again and i need to fix it. Does anyone know how to get the mirriror assembly out of its housing?
Also has anyone dealt with this problem before?
