Pass side window issue FIXED!
One of the issues with the car when I got it this week was YES the Pass side window would not open. Before I got the car I came on here and asked if it was going to be a big job to fix. I got a few people that said punch the door panel. OK OK OK.... I kind of didn't think that would work... BUT GUESS WHAT! One small wack and the damn thing went right down and has worked great since then.

Hope it stays fixed for a long time. Nice when it doesn't cost any money to get things working again.

Perhaps a similar causation to a window problem (wouldn't go up or down) I had with a different car (non-vette). The power window switches in the door panel had aluminum contacts, and apparently corroded very easily. Removing the switch and cleaning the contact surfaces (or whacking the switch when in a hurry) always fixed the problem.
