Default Engine and Transmission Replacement

Would the replacement of the engine (due to porus block??) and transmission /clutch replacement under warranty effect the value? The car is a 2000 mag red casmire vert. MN6 with 7,000 miles.
After all this work and only 50 miles on the car the dealer now says the throw out bearing is out of tolerance. The car is owned by my father in law so I do believe the information being forwarded to us is the information he bas been given by the dealer.
Is this a car I should buy for $29K? The car is in mint condition and never driven in rain or snow, hell it's never driven!!!

The clutch is a wear item, however only 7K miles seems a little strange.

I don't know how the dealer can say the throwout bearing is out of tolerance.

This dealer sounds a little fishy and would look somewhere else.

Check out the items that will wear with service, interior and exterior. If the car has 7K on the clock, it should show and look like a new car
