Fast service, excellent product, superb packaging and they stand behind their items.
I brought the key hole cover. Packaged in a ring case. I dropped it and chipped an edge. When I wrote may review of their service and product quality and mentioned that "I" chipped it. No later than a day I got an PM to send them my address/name and they would replace at NO cost to me.
My mistake but they did not want my Z06 to have a chipped key hole cover with touch-up paint on it.
Two days later I received a replacement.
