Ahh... but that song has nothing to do with a Corvette. Although my mother thinks it does.

If any of you have not heard the Don Felder "Heavy Metal/Takin' a ride" song it is a really good driving song. A couple of lines:

"You can hedge your bet on a clean Corvette to get there right on time"
"My oh my how this lady can fly, once she starts rolling beneath you"
"It's not a big suprise to feel your temperature rise, you've got a touch a redline fever."

Also Fuel by Metallica and Red Barchetta from Rush.
