Default Check Engine Light came on
Brought it to my local corvette mechanic and all I needed was a new gas cap. Very inexpensive way out.

I hope you bought some lottery tickets because it was your lucky day. You have to love it when it turns out to be something so minor. Whew. I had to buy one for my 94 when I took it to get replaced. I felt incredible that it was something soooo small.
