Default This Normal??
Looking at my engine the other day.. (don't mind me I know pretty much nothing about whats under the hood except how to check my fluids and belts) I noticed where the hose was connecting seemed to be off alittle..You can see in the pics below..not sure if its normal or should I put the hose all the way on...or..?

That "sleeve" (or extension) keeps the hose and the clamp away from the belt and pulley.
