[Cross posted from C6 General - Due to the fact that there are a lot more C5's on the road and C5 drivers tend to be a younger more "spirited driving" bunch by and large. And I'm really looking for actual experience, not WAG's.]
I'm looking for a set of "take-off" GY Supercar runflats in the for sale section for our '05 C6 with the Z51 Handling Package. At 16,000 miles the OE Supercar EMT's are SHOT, bigtime. Hey, what can I say? I do a bit of "spirited performance driving" from time to time.
Barring a bolt from the blue and finding a good set cheap, I'm not laying out the cash for a set of "new" GY Supercars as I really never found them to be that great of a tire. They ride hard and are noisy and, even though I admit to driving the **** out of them from time to time, I don't think they wear very well.
That being said is there any opinion here from actual experience of the BFGoodrich g-Force T/A KDW 2 in the stock Z51 sizes? Obviously it's a non runflat, but I don't really care. It's also half the price of the GY Supercar EMT's and can't be any worse of a tire.

I've been running the KDW2s for over a year now and love them. Enough that when I upgrade to 18/19 wheels at the end of the month, I'm going with them again.
