Default Passenger Seat Problem

For the first time today I rode as a passenger in my 2001 vert. (Good friend driving). I noticed that the right side of the passenger seat has some rearward movement under acceleration. The left side seems normal. Has anyone seen this before? The release latch on the rear of the seat and the movement controls operate normally. It almost seems that some type of latch on the right side of the seat is not working properly. Thanks

Most likely the "rocking seat" problem. One side has gone bad. Do a search for rocking seats for a fix. Have fun.

Some C5s have been known to have the seats rock under acceleration or stopping. There have been a number of posts offering a solution and a search should turn something up. If you can't find something, I have a couple of Word files that may be useful to you. PM me if you need them.
