Went outside to go to the movies, and my car wont start.
It cranks, but it wont fire.
Battery Voltage is at 12.1v
Everything else seems normal
The only C code i have is a P0161
The others are all H:
B2723
U1160
U1096
U1064
U1016
Any suggestions?
I have to take it to the Dealership Monday to have the rear 1/4 repaired from where some moron backed into it, i could have it towed, but they might have a problem working on it if it wont start.

p0161 is heated oxygen sensor (HO2S) heater circuit bank 2 sensor 2 .that probably does not tell you much but that is what that code is
when you get in the car and turn it to the on or power position before cranking you should be able to hear the fuel pump turn on for a couple seconds and then turn off.

could it be possible that my fuel pump is going/gone bad? When i start my car, it makes a loud hum in the rear that doesnt turn off after a few seconds. I thought it was a problem with my stereo system. My car is falling apart!

Just think this through.
Had you been hearing the noise in the rear before the car had this non starting problem? If so I'd say it is your stereo system, and you should be able to unplug the stereo to narrow it down.
Like Matt said and I'd like to just add to his quote. Car needs correct air/fuel ratio, spark/timing, compression to run!
So we know it's not your starter or battery since you said it's cranking over just fine. The spark plugs shouldn't die all of the sudden and even one coil out should still start it. I'd guess it's the fuel pump still.
There's a part at the end of the fuel rail where you can have a fuel pressure gauge hooked up...Let us know if you need anything else.
Make sure your radio and heater motor are off. You need dead silence. The electric fuel pump will give a soft hum sound for about 2 seconds. The sound will come from behind the seat. The pump is in the fuel tank.
Have you tried cranking it SEVERAL times? I had a problem last spring with my C5 in which it didn't want to crank. We checked the battery cables and found out they were loose. Once tightened it did crank, but it would still intermittently fail to crank. Took it to the dealer where my father works and they found out that the anti-theft system had lost its settings due to the loose battery cables. It took them a couple times, but they managed to reprogram it and its been fine since. Free fix since my father works there
Like mentioned above you may want to check the battery terminals to see if they're loose. I've seen it before where the battery was fine and we had to tap the terminal with a hammer otherwise it would just crank away and never start
