The kit I ordered was called Real Chrome. It is a veneer of about 1/8 of an inch with two sided sticky tape. It stays put fine but not pieces of solid real chrome. That is why an accent, is enough.

Looks great Laurie! I notice you have the parking brake handle with chrome trim as well as the ***** on your A/C. Is that part of the kit or did you get those somewhere else? Thanks!

I have ordered samples from them just waiting to see what they look like. I did get a sample from them of their real aluminum and did not like it. It was real thin and looked like a sticker. Don't think it would look too good stuck on the dash.

No kidding. If they were for a mustang, they'd be $30.

They are definitely overpriced, but I still got em anyways. Isn't it ironic how we all bitch and moan about the Corvette tax, but still end up buying this crap anyways?

I just ordered two brushed aluminim kits for my 01 vert from Mid America. One is a 21 piece dash kit, and the other is a 4 piece door kit. Not worried about it being crap...worried about having the patients to install it.
